FM Radio is a radio streaming app built for personal listening. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and what choices you have.

Data We Do Not Collect

FM Radio does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Location data
• Listening history sent to any external server
• Usage analytics or crash reports sent to third parties

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

FM Radio stores the following data only on your device using Apple's SwiftData and AppStorage frameworks:

• Favorite Stations – radio stations you have marked as favorites
• Recently Played Stations – a local history of stations you have listened to
• Audio Quality Preference – your selected streaming quality setting

This data never leaves your device and is not shared with us or any third party. You can delete this data at any time from Settings within the app.

Third-Party Services

FM Radio may use third-party radio station directory services to provide station listings and stream data. These services process requests only to return station information and do not receive personal user identity information. Please refer to the respective service's own privacy policy for details on how they handle requests.

Children's Privacy

FM Radio does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected at all, the app is safe for general use.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
