By downloading, accessing, or using QR Reader, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of the App

QR Reader allows you to scan QR codes and barcodes, create QR codes and barcodes, organize saved items, open decoded content, and share generated or scanned content.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for any QR code, barcode, text, image, link, contact, event, Wi-Fi, location, or other content you scan, create, save, open, or share.
• You must not use QR Reader to create, distribute, or promote harmful, misleading, illegal, abusive, or unauthorized content.
• You should verify links and decoded content before opening them or sharing them with others.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure and managing your saved scan history and created codes.

4. License to Use QR Reader

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QR Reader for personal or lawful business use, subject to these Terms.

5. Scanned and Created Content

QR Reader does not control the accuracy, safety, legality, or reliability of content contained in QR codes, barcodes, links, or other encoded data. Scanned results may lead to third-party websites, apps, files, contact actions, calendar actions, phone actions, SMS actions, email actions, map actions, or other services.

6. Permissions and Device Features

QR Reader may request access to device features such as the camera, photo library, location, calendar, contacts, and sharing tools to provide app functionality. You can manage permissions through your device settings.

Some features may not work correctly if required permissions are denied.

7. External Links and Third-Party Services

QR Reader may allow you to open websites, maps, phone links, SMS links, email links, calendar actions, contact actions, app links, or other third-party services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, services, content, security practices, availability, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8. Sharing and Exporting

When you share or export scanned content, created QR codes, barcode images, text, links, or other data, you are responsible for where that content is sent and how it is used.

We are not responsible for content after you share it outside QR Reader.

9. App Availability and Updates

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of QR Reader at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every use case.

10. No Professional Advice

QR Reader is provided as a utility app. Scanned or generated content should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, security, or technical advice. You should verify important information independently before relying on it.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

QR Reader is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR Reader and its owners, developers, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

This includes damages related to scanned links, third-party services, data loss, device issues, unauthorized sharing, harmful content, or reliance on decoded information.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to QR Reader if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the app, or used the app in a harmful, unlawful, or unauthorized way.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of QR Reader after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
